Pressure switch MAA 100 NR4R

I am in need of a pressure switch for my Quattro gas furnace. The number on the switch is TriDelta FS6514-816. I can't find anybody that has one, and I can't find a cross reference for it.

I would greatly appreciate any help in cross referencing this item.

the furnace runs and then the flame drops out while the unit is still running. If I pull a vacuum on the tubing the flame re ignites

If you pull a vacuum on the tube and the flame reignites doesn't that confirm that the pressure switch is good?

I have completely taken the combustion motor and cover off the combustion chamber, cleaned all tubes and resealed everything to no avail. after a short time, flame fails and I have current at the pressure switch telling me it has opened when it remakes, flame ignites again and cycle continues.

Have you tried cleaning the flame sensor with a dry brillo pad?
