freezer and fridge touch pad control panel

KitchenAid KSBS25INSS01 Refrigerator - when i depress the fridge or the freezer settings they don't go all the way up or sometimes down could it be the cold control board ?

i gave wrong model # any service manuals out there for this fridge im having trouble with the cold control touch pad
