X041002 Inglis washer won't spin?

I am trying to fix an old commercial Inglis washer. It agitates and pumps out the water fine but won't spin.
On the spin cycle the motor is running but the clutch hub does not rotate as it does on a second machine I have while on the spin cycle.I wasn't around when it failed but I was told it was making some weird noises.
I can only guess at this point if it could be a transmission or something in the clutch/brake hub or above in the spin tube?
I don't think the plastic fingers inside the clutch/ brake hub are broken as no loose pieces trying to fall out.
If I reach inside the hub it seems to turn a little until something ingages or butts up against a stop.

The good news is this is an easy washer to fix.If the coupling is ok then you need to inspect the clutch and tranny. Yank the agitator our then remove 3 screws from the tranny and she comes right out.

Ok thanks.I guess I got to get busy now.Hope the agitator isn't stuck.I'll try to give a follow-up.
