Frigidaire FR704L5DM Refrigerator - Freezer works great. Bottom not cooling. Barely air trickling down. Any ideas?

Might be an ice buildup between the top and bottom.

It was turned off and then restarted to see if it was an ice problem. Freezer fan is running, is there a bottom fan as well?

I doubt it. How long did you turn it off? If their was a slab it would take a day or 2.
