GE Refrigerator will not run

I have search this model number on the net and found nothing on it.
GE Profile with Brita. Bottom Freezer 18 cubic ft.  Lights are working but the compressor and fans not working. I just bought the fridge from a friend and was told it was in working condition. I cleaned the dust from the back  and cleaned the inside. The fridge was transported upright and with care. I plug the fridge in and everything started, checked 15 minutes later and nothing was working (except lights). I checked power to the start relay and I only have 1 Volt AC.

Maybe that dude jumped into defrost mode. How long has it been dead?

Turns out it was a loose electrical plug. Probably from the move or when I was cleaning it.

Are you sure it was the plug?  How could there be lights?  The reason I mention it is I had a month old new GE Profile refrigerator and it did the same thing.  They "rebooted" it by tripping the main electrical switch (easier than pulling it out and unplugging it.  It reset the onboard computer but a few days later went out again.  They replaced the board and again it was running but a few days later the refrigerator stopped cooling but I still had lights.  I ended up having the store replace it.  Interesting you have the same problem with a GE but another model.
