Not, the coupler, what else could it be?

I just opened out washer to check the coupler and it looks beautiful.  The washer is not spinning out the clothes.  It is draining as far as I know.  There was a lot of water though when I unhooked everything.  Tub was tilted and when moved more water came out. What I do know for sure is it is NOT spinning.  I am a TOTAL novice at taking things apart.  I'm afraid to take apart much more.  Any help would be appreciated.

Use your shop vac to remove the excess water before you remove the pump.
p.s. didn't know gypsies had washing machines.
