Euro style Maytag washer

Hi all from Australia... My first post.

 A Maytag European front loader came in to the shop. Customer said "no go".
 I have never seen this model and there is no clear model# anywhere on it. Serial # on sticker on rear panel -31000156 0348

"Super Capacity" is screenprinted on left of front control panel above deterrent drawer.

 I powered it up, and all buttons and the large selector knob seem to be functional, however the door is locked and after a few minutes the words " Error number 10" appears in the display.

Anyone have a clue what the model# is and where can I find a manual?

Can you post some pictures of this beast? I sent an email to the Penguinator asking if he knows anything. We will have to wait and see.
