shaking ul code cabrio

HI  I have 3 different machines all shaking real bad causing the ul code to come on the washer, the outer tub bearing seems quiet and good? the shocks seem good? All these washers are between 3-5 years old.....tks   JPG

Does it give the unbalanced load failure even it nothing is in the machine? That could be the balance ring. One guy suggested he drilled holes in the balance ring because he heard liquid sounds in it and the out of balance deal went away. Cabrio Service manual

ok I finnaly figured out way all these cabario washers are shaking real bad after 2-5 years.... Even if no clothes are in them. It is the 4 suspension rods. even though they look completely normal there not. They come in a set of 4 at the local supply house.  There is water in the top and bottom of the inner tub that is normal. They even redesigned the rods by adding another bushing......
