No water coming out of water valve..no 120 VAC at the valve

The home water line has water up to the water valve. There is no AC on the water valve solenoid. Where should I check for the dicontinuity?
Secondly, every once in a while there is water on the floor from the front of the Fridge. Should there be a drip pan?

Can you provide the wiring diagram for the solenoid and also a picture for the drip pan?

The water valve receives power from the ice maker only on a call for fill.
You can remove the front cover of the ice maker and turn the gear in the center with a screwdriver to jump start the I/M.
Once the I/M begins to cycle, a volt meter attached to the water valve wires will read power for about 10 seconds at the end of the harvest cycle.
The water on the floor could be from a hole in the I/M water line.
It could also be from a clogged drain line from the freezer.
Pull the refrigerator out to access the rear drain tube.
Remove the drain tube and the through the wall drain tube adapter.
Look inside the hole in the refrigerator for a fungus buildup.
This must be cleaned out.
The drain tube adapter must be washed out also.
