i would like to know if there is a mental institution that houses appliance design engineers? if there is we could send them old appliances to work on rather than basket weaving!!!!

The key for the company is to design a machine to fail just out of warranty period. And to design machines that will fail to the point of no return after 5 years. That way they make 5 times as much as they did in 1980
