Kenmore Freezer Not Cooling

Only a year old, got it used.  Plugged it in ran at 20 degrees for a day next day 40 degrees and now compressor not running at all.  Checked power to it no issues.  Do you think the compressor is shot?  Not having good luck with refrigeration lately.

Have you checked the compressor relay?
