Maytag Neptune Fills then nothing

"I have a MAH4000AWW washer. When I push the start button the machine appears to fill and then stops. I can rotate the time to the rinse cycle and it will drain and the door will latch.

I checked the motor control board and the fuse is blown. What can I test or check to make sure this does not happen with a new motor control board?

The reason I ask is, the Motor conversion kit, part number 12002039 has a ten year warranty.  Whats the serial #?  The motor conversion kit contains, both a new motor, and an upgraded control board.  I'm just trying to help you find the cheapest route possible for the best fix.

SER 53275501YF think i missed the ten year cutoff by a couple months.  What next?
