Whirlpool Gold Ice/Water Dispenser not working

Hello,

The ice and water dispenser is not working on my whirlpool side by side model # GC3SHEXNS00.  It has also stopped making ice.

The trouble began a couple of weeks ago. The dispenser stopped working and I noticed that all of the lights on the ice/water dispenser panel were not working.  It then would light up several hours later and begin working again.

Now after going through this cycle several times, the ice/water dispenser and ice maker have not worked in several days and none of the lights on freezer door ice/water dispenser panel are working.  I took out the storage bin, made sure there were no jams in the bin or chute.    The infared sensor light inside blinks at a steady pace when unobstructed.

The freezer and refrigerator are working well.   It just seems that there is no power going to the ice/water dispenser.   Is there a reset button somewhere on the unit for this?   Any suggestions?
