Kenmore (Frigidaire) Fridge Leaking
« on: August 01, 2010, 07:07:47 AM »
Water is coming out from underneath.  The water line to ice and water is shut off and dry.  The hose for condensate is secured to the pan.  The water seems to be coming from directly under the freezer.  Any ideas?

Check your door gaskets for signs of wear. Worn out door gaskets with curled up corners cause condensation. your defrost pan

This pan could have a hole in it.

Open the freezer door and remove the bottom bin.
Look for a ice buildup under the bin.
If you have ice buildup your defrost drain hole is frozen shut.
It will have to be defrosted and cleaned.

Ok, fridge is still leaking from the black hose attached to the bottom of the freezer and there is no ice blockage.

Water seems to be coming from the connection.  Is this hose easily replaced?
