That is a condenser motor for a ice box. It has 2 hot wires and an earth/ground wire. I think the 2 outside wires are the hot wires. But how can I know?
I check to see which wire has continuity to the motor. That is usually green and in the middle. The other 2 wires should have continuity but neither should be grounded to the motor frame. These motors tend to last a long long time. But they will get hot and lock up with age. Tip: You could get a cheaper one if you ordered a 2w cw 115 volt generic instead of that fsp one you mentioned.

...Or the motor is psc meaning one wire goes to the AC power line alone, the other wire that goes to the AC line connects to a capacitor as well and, the remaining wire connects to the other terminal of the capacitor.
To find out which wire goes where we need to know the colors or else the ohmeter has to come out, let us know.

From the picture of part number

JW is correct. That picture don't Lie. Green (Center) to motor case should have continuity. White (neutral) & Red (line) should read the winding and Run the motor.

Yep, I agree with you guys shaded pole unit bearing motor.
I usually replace these motors with Morrill motors.
I just make sure I have the same speed and wattage in my replacement.
