Kenmore Washer

Washer will only agitate about 3 seconds then stops, again agitate about 3 seconds then stops.  This is on all cycles.  is this normal for this model?  If not, what could the problem be?

I have seen that. You have something binding somewhere. Sand might have gotten into the pump.
