I have a 1997 Kenmore Coldspot side-by-side refrig model no. 10657282790. The unit has been in my garage for about eight years. I have excessive heat coming from the bottom of the unit and the side panels when you open the door. And it's not as cold as it use to be although it has been hot and humid. I cleaned everything out and took the back panel off. The condenser fan was not working at first, but after cleaning it with vacuum and brush it spins a little but not like a fan should. Any suggestions? Should I replace the fan? Thanks!

Replace that fan dude. Tip: you might can get a cheaper motor if you order it by the rotation voltage and speed. For instance you might pay 80 bucks for a fan motor that is a factory specified one and then you might pay 20 bucks for a condenser motor based on specs like 2 watt 115 volt CW.
