broiler weak flame then goes out

the broiler has a weak flame and after a minute goes out and stays out.    tried to adjust orifice,  but it looks like whirlpool used some kind of glue or sealant and it would not budge. there are no other obstuctions or any carbon build up.   it's not that old...

Check the amp draw on the broiler ignitor.

You getting dc voltage to the dist valve from the dsi? Might be something as simple as the polarity in the wall receptacle. If she ain't wired right the control won't recognize flame and will lockout.
Might be corrosion on the oven wires if the thing has been setting up.
You familiar with how a DSI type stove works? If not you may want to read up on it:

it says if either solenoid is defective,   neither one will work.   the bake works great.  the broiler lights right away but seems like the orifice is not letting out enough gas.  from previous experience i know if the flame goes out the DSI would spark and re-ignite. not happening.  the orifice should be adjustable. again, not happening.   i  think when they put this together and put a sealer on the orifice threads,   they blocked the gas flow..

That is highly possible. Must be some sort of blockage going on. Might be a kink in the line too.
