Frigidaired sidebyside fridge model

Hello
problem with Frigidaire GS26HSZCQ6 side by side refrigerator. blower fan in freezer is running sporadically, makes straining noises at startup. both fridge and freezer are cool, but not cool enough. not freezing in freezer.

Replace the blower motor,while you have the freezer compartment open make sure you have no ice buildup on the coils.
If so,that would be a defrost issue.
