Applaincepartspros.com., Searspartdsirect.com, and
repairclinic.com all say pretty much the same thing in that regard. I don't know if that means there needs to be some modification done to the machine, or other parts need to be changed with it, or what.
I'm pretty sure this washer is one of the first of that generation, as it still has the magnet and reed switch in the detergent drawer, was a model before they put a 'filter' in the coin trap on the drain pump, and had the cylindrical single-stage vibration absorbers on it.
I've seen a board with the same part number show up on ebay, but also if there's some better features on the newer board (like better load balancing/vibration reduction logic) I'd be all for upgrading.
