Quiet Partner II Diswasher

I just noticed a leak in the bottom of my dishwasher.  When I start the dishwasher, it is leaking from the wire harness of the image attached.  I tried to look up to see where the leak was coming from but could not see.  If anyone knows what this could possibly be, I would much appreciate it.

Loosen your inside door cover and see if the water is coming from the vent or soap dispenser.
