Pull your evap cover and see what your frost looks like on your evap.Also,carefully see if your heayer is on.

If your freezer is ok but the freshfood side is not then you can hunt for a sheet of ice between the compartments, a broken fan that pushes the air into the fresh section a broken damper that opens and lets the cold freezer air in etc.
