Maytag Neptune wax motor/circuit board failed

My wax motor took out the resistor on the board,I then found out this is all too common,and their was a lawsuit about this that I was not notified about.I have seen a number of approaches to fix this problem ,what is your suggestion and where is the best place to get the parts.

I replaced the wax motor and repalced the R11 resister and Q6 triac, machine is working now it will go into spin.but I noticed that it takes about 4 minutes to lock the door.According to what I am seeing it should take about 2 minutes.is this another problem.

The new wax motor may take longer. Probably built better so it won't fry the r-11 and screw up the triac. That triac relays a signal to the control that the door is locked . It gets confirmation from the r-11 resister which is wired to the wax motor in the door. You probably knew all that.
