Kenmore Elite Double Oven convection fan not working

I took the fan and coil cover off and spun the fan.  It worked until I turned the over off.  Then when the fan stops, it is stuck again.  I have to spin it every time to get it to go.  Is there a fix for this or is this a replacement situation?

You cannot oil it cause it is in the oven. You gotta replace it.

Chris I need a complete model number. I have a whirlpool double oven manual. Look through it and see if you can get an idea how to go about replacing that fan:

If you oven fan motor is like that pictured in that manual you may can put a dab of Zoomspout oil on that type motor since the motor is actually out side on the rear of the oven.

911.490321000 is the full part number for the oven.  Also, can I replace this withuot pulling the oven out from the wall?

To Service Fan Motor:
Fan blade must be remove from inside oven.
Remove oven from installation and remove
back cover to access motor. Oh brother
This is a GE wall oven. AJ has a manual around here
somewhere.
