Kitchenaid Dishwasher service manual

I am looking for a service manual in PDF format on this unit and also any ideas on how to remove the wash pump tower 5/16" screw to remove the pump assy components,the screw around the collar nut turns but won't unscrew,I presume the motor is turning and its locked to the shaft with the seal,any ideas would be appreciated.Thank You

You have to hold the impeller to stop it from turning while you unscrew the bolt.

What is wrong with the DW?
