coin op dryer doesn't stop.

Discovered machine with SWITCH ACTUATOR arm broken. Replaced the actuator but machine doesn't stop when the actuator opens the two switches it controls. Both switches working properly and I can hear what sounds like a relay clicking inside of machine as I activate the switches. I tested both switches with ohm meter and are properly opening the circuit when suppose to.

The drum motor doesn't stop when it is suppose to, and I am assuming the timer motor is also not stoppin, which would explain the broken actuator. I couldn't find a motor relay, but on the motor is a motor switch according to wire diagram. Is this a relay and is it possible I have a welded contact? Is there a trouble shooting guild that can help me figure out the problem somewhere available? Does anyone have a history with this problem than can offer me a suggestion? I would greatly appreciate it!
