Oven temperature jumps

Looking for info on my our oven would be jumping around in temp. Normally it was alway 25 F lower then the setting. The over day I pushed it from 450f to about 460f-470f, and 5 minutes later it was at like 515f and burned our Onion Rings.

What type gas? Manual control or touchpad?

Please post the model number from the model/serial number tag that is on the appliance.

Yes pull out the bottom drawer and get the model number off the frame.
