Probably a bigger blower wheel and evaporator fan to improve circulation.

Anyone know who makes the smallest window size 10 & 12,000 units..  The LG 10 & 12,000 are different in size and the Frigidare 10 & 12 are both the same size which are the size of LG's 10,000
