Most of the time, Fridges with the condenser coils under the machine, will have a back panel, and a condenser fan.  If the condenser coils are on the back of the machine, the unit will not have a fan.

Let it run for about 6 hours or so without opening the doors. that should be more then enough run time to get that thing to temp.  If still seams warm, i would pull the evaporator cover down and take a peak at the frost pattern.  The evap coil should tell you whats wrong with it.  If there is no frost on the coil, there could be a restriction in the sealed system, or the refrigerant leaked out, or the compressor is not running.  If the frost pattern is only half way down the evap coil, there could again be a leak, or a restriction.  You want to find a nice uniform frost pattern across the entire evap.

Yea, it will.  I like to test water temp in the fridge (a glass of water with a thermometer in it)
and air temp in the freezer.  If possible, I also like getting an average run temp.

Check temps in the morning, lunch, dinner, and before bed.  Do this for more then one day.

Jot down both fridge an freezer temps each time.

Add them up and divide by them number of temps written down for each compartment.

Your looking for roughly 38 in the fridge, and 0 in the freezer.

This brand refrigerator is prevalent to restrictions in the filter drier and for evaporator leaks.
Do an amp draw on the compressor.
Less than 1.3 amps is a leak.
2.3 or higher is a restriction.
These figures come from my field experience and may not conform to Repairmans prognosis.

There is a high side line off the compressor that goes into the back wall of the refrigerator.
It makes a loop and exits the back wall then goes to the condenser.
You can by-pass the loop in the wall and go directly to the condenser coil.
Replace the filter drier, vacuum then recharge the system.
It will be cooling again.
Before you go to this trouble, put a bullet valve on the compressor charging port to verify no refrigerant and that the compressor is capable of pulling into a vacuum.

If this is your refrigerator....this will be good practice for sealed system work.
