I recently replaced the main control board because I had no hot water and then the spin cycle wouldn't spin the clothes dry.  I bought a used board from eBay....(I know, I know, cash flow was tight) and installed it.  It's been 60 days.  Now, the locked door light doesn't stay on, and the washer will not spin correctly again.  The old board (yes I have it)...shows the resistors 11 & 75 that are burnt.  Any suggestions, ideas, I could repair this board and install it and maybe find out what is wrong with the newer one. But the big question, where do I find the parts, I know how to solder, just don't know where to get the parts.  And I don't understand where this "wax motor" is........Help please

Hi Michele;

The wax motor is in the door lock which only requires that you  raise the main top. You'll find the  Neptune Manual on the beginning of this forum to help you open your MAH4000. The new wax motor comes with good instructions and should  solve your problem, as long as you cannot see any damage at the R-11 resistor on the main board.
