Frigidaire affinity washer has no power

Frigidaire ATF7000ES1  Affinity Washer. I had a power surge that flipped every other breaker in my house. Everything seemed to work fine except my washer. I check the wall plug and it has power but the washer acts like it is unplugged.  I am thinking maybe the control board since that is where the power cord goes in to? Am I overlooking a fuse or something else that may cause this, or is my diagnosis correct?
