Help: LG5955 (electric) dryer won't power up

My two year old LG LG5955 dryer doesn't power up.  When I press the power button there is no response. No beeps, clicks or any other sound.  Doesn't show any signs of life. Is it dead?  I checked voltage at the electrical outlet and at the dryer power block.  Any help would be much appreciated.

If 220 volts is present at the terminal (back of dryer) the MAIN BOARD (EBR36858801) has failed.
