Need help replacing a glass cooktop on a kitchenaid electric range

Need help replacing our glass top on a KitchenAid electric range slide in model. This is second top. Paid a tech to install first one but can"t afford top pay for the second one HELP!!!!!!!!!

I don't believe that is a good model number.

Here is a service manual for a slide in Kitchen Aid Range.   Let me know if this is the right one or not.
