pump problems

Are the techs out there changing as many pumps as me . These pumps work fine when  cold (first few pumpouts ) but then the motor heats up and hums only . Customers generally complain of either wet clothes at end of cylce ,water left in machine or intermittent door leaks . Not a cheap repair when the pump craps out .

Yep the techline told me the new pump W10130913  is a better...
