removal of cover inlet in dishwasher

Hello.
I have torn my dishwasher apart to clean the slime and whatnot out of it but I am stuck with getting the cover inlet removed (part number 506). This piece is disgusting beyond words, cant get it clean without removal either.   link to blueprint:

got it !!!  remove set screw in part 507 which allows 506 to swivel away from the cover inlet.

The set screw was part number 459 the 2nd link, was that it?

yes, that was the part number. I had removed it last night but afraid of busting the parts by tugging too hard. I talked to a repairman this morning who told me that I prolly would not bust anything- to just give it another try.
