GE built-in microwave repair or replacement

Hi all,

I have a GE Microwave model jkp69woy1ww whose power is not on. I replaced the fuse and when I push the start button it blew again. What should I do next ? The microwave is 11 year old and I am thinking of replacing with a new one. If I choose to replace it, please advice which model I should buy. The budget is less than $500.
