dishwasher leaves water droplets on dishes after drying cycle

Frigidaire FDB636GFS5 Dishwasher - need advice on troubleshooting and what parts to check.
after a complete cycle there is water droplets on the dishes.

Are you using Rinse Aid?

Are you set for Heated Dry or Energy Saver?

the wife says she adds jet dry in the dispensor

i'm using a heat cycle not energy saver

You need to remove the kick plate under the front of the DW.
Use a clamp on amp meter around a heater wire and set the cycle for DRY.
Check the amp draw and duration of the Dry cycle.

note.....

when checking the heater on a frigidaire d/w be aware that the heater is not on through the whole dry cycle, it alternates on/off through the dry cycle

so you have to slowly advance the timer through dry, you will see the current draw on the meter start and stop through the dry cycle
this is normal

if you dont have a meter you can simply advance the timer slowly through the dry cycle, then open the door and touch the element with a wet finger, it should be hot to the touch

if your heater is not working first test the heater for continuity, next you test the thermostat(its located under the tub, the back left corner)

also make sure you have a cap on your jet dry dispenser, if the cap gets lost, the dispenser fills with water and the rinse aid is useless
