I checked for a factory instruction sheet and there was not one to be found, sorry. :(

Yeah, this one your going to have to remove the dishwasher to work on it.
Shut the water off and disconnect the water, power and the drain hose.
Then open the door and look up under the cabinet. You should see the two screws that hold the dishwasher in place.

Remove them two screws and pull the dishwasher out.

Print the diagram out so you can look at it once you start taking thing apart.
Once you get the dishwasher out and the pump/motor assembly out were you can work on it I think you will see it's not all that hard.

Let me know if you have any more questions as you go and if you have a digital camera feel free to post photo of what your working on.

Okay, I'll try to post some photos tomorrow.  The Part Number of the kit is  PT9324156 (that consists of 7, 8 and 9 on your diagram that you attached).  This is the Impeller/seal kit, thought this might stop my leak as it was coming from exactly where the motor assy mates with the pump housing. I still hope this does the trick.  I will haul the machine out and start ripping and tearing.

Sounds great naes,

Yep, the first number you gave me (4386996) is the factory part number. I would guess the PT number is a number from the place you ordered it from.

If the motor shaft is ok yet then the kit is all you should need.

Will be looking forward to seeing the photos.

Thanks for posting..

Great, I will let you know tomorrow how it is going. :)

Progress so far...I have removed the dishwasher from the counter, how do you remove the housing cover?  Is that threaded the white circular piece (Disk - mount?) on the front?  I dont want to break the plastic, any ideas how to remove that without breaking it?  Do you have the step by step manual for this machine?  If I had the page for this it would be a godsend.  Anyway, hope you can offer so more advice, I am off to gently try and pry this open.
