drys really slow.

My kenmore eletric dryer is drying really slow. I have to turn it on atleast twice to dry clothes. I have noticed power bill is really high also. Is it possible a bad element? Please help!!

The element is either gonna be ok or bad. You are either going to have heat or nothing. No  in between. You must have a faulty control thermostat, a blocked vent, or lint buildup in the dryer.
