GE SxS refrigerator water dispenser makinh whistling noise

I have a GE side by side  5years old. The problem is that water dispenser making whistling noise when we get water  it will stop if you take more then 1 litter water other wise keep whistling . the technician from sears did some thing and stop for 2 day and then noise start again in lees then 3-days now tech and sears  telling our extended warranty expired so if we send him again it charge to us . it will not cover under warranty. I change filter no idea what is wrong. Sears refuse to fix for free.

Please advice how I can fix this problem. Ice maker working fine and no noise at all.
