lg steam washer no water

so i picked up the washer and dryer today, brought them home and the problem is sand . thats it sand. works fine now

wasnt in the motor it was in the drain hose, instead of it not getting water as the customer said it wasnt draining. and when i got there and tested it, it started to drainand couldnt, so then it wasnt getting water. but from what she told me she completed a load earlier this morning and tried to start another load, no water would enter. mind you when i got there , visually there was no water in the tub and when i opened the filter there wasnt very much in there eithor...the moral of the story go with what i know and not what the customer tries to tell me , i guess i should be glad she got the model right, ive had some ppl swear they have a whirlpool and show up and its a ge.  nothing like letting a customer make you feel like a dumbass.....lolits a nice set. think ill swap mine out for it

2 hours away from the ocean. but there is alot of sand here but no water. culture shock for us cuz we are used to the great lakes in michigan. lived on the lake almost
