Kenmore Washer won't spin

Hi
Kenmore Washer will agitate fine but will not spin or pump. I checked the lid switch, the coupler and the pump is free of junk. In the spin cycle the motor makes a humming sound and starts a burning smell. Im thinking the trans is locked but not sure if it's the motor or the clutch too.

Broken basket drive or cam driver. Remove the agitator and drop the tranny. Inspect the cam driver. Click picture to enlarge:
