Possible Bosch Dryer problem ?

Stackable Bosch Dryer WTA3500UC

- Drying cycle starts normally
- every few minutes, the dryer shuts off for 1-2 seconds, then starts backup.
- again, the dryer stops every few minutes, for 1-2 seconds, then starts up.
- This pattern continues until the clothing is dry.

** Is this normal?, or is there a bad sensor?

buzzing this up because this is the same issue I am having on my recently purchased dryer...help  anyone out there know what the problem is?
