Maytag Neptune still won't spin after replacing 2 parts

   Ok, after doing some WEB research I came across an old post from here on a Maytag Neptune MAH4000AWW that wouldn't spin.  I purchased the recommended parts - Control board and Wax Motor - and replaced them.  The picture of the control board posted looked just like the one we took out.  (Burned R11)  

So now what?  We took off the back panel to make sure the belt was ok - yes.  Does the motor have a capaciter?  If yes, can it go bad and cause the no spin problem?
