Check the Unbalance circuit. It has 3 switch's in series that could be your symptom. 1 inertia switch, that if shakes to much, will not allow the machine to spin.; And 2 more single switches that if bounced off the cabinet or base will also cause it to STOP, AGITATE, and try to re-spin. If the circuit is open, it will not spin. I'm not sure on a commercial machine, but on a home machine, the wire harness consist of blue wires and is easily tested from the console area. Also make sure the door is locking. If the door does not lock, It will not spin.. You say it doesn't throw any codes but have you gotten into the machine diagnostics?
