Electrolux top-mount refrigerator icemaker low harvest

Hi... I realize there are a ton of threads about ice makers that aren't producing much ice on this forum.  But i'm a frustrated newbie to DIY appliance repair and don't even understand the terms.  I learned "top-mount" and "harvest" today.   People advise replacing the filter or checking the water valve or whatever but I have no idea what those things even look like let alone where to find them.  Best I could do was pop the front plastic plate of the icemaker off to reveal a removable copper plate, with some plastic gears that said turn but seemed pretty stuck.  

Basically I need pictures of where to find the parts, or better yet a good video.

Thanks a bunch... that's very helpful.  Unfortunately I don't dare do this sort of probing.  I am thinking maybe the freezer isn't cold enough because in addition to the ice harvesting slowly, they're smaller than they should be.  But how do you control the freezer temp independently of the fridge?  I have the fridge set more towards the "coldest" side but not all the way.  Anything much more cold on the fridge freezes the top shelf products too much.

What is the Freezer temperature ?
The Freezer need to be +15F or colder.
small size ... is the Water Line connected to any external filter / water system ?

I don't know what the f. temp is. there's no thermostat.  Sure seems less than 15F tho.  water line isn't connected to any external system.
