Whirlpool dryer won't start

I was drying a pair of my son's shoes and the sole of the shoe got caught in between the drum and the frame and the dryer stopped.  I freed the shoe and the drum spins free now, but the dryer won't start.  Is there a reset or fuse that needs to be replaced?

Unplug the machine and remove the rear cover, check the fuse:
