Kenmore 70 Series Dryer Won't Start

I ran a load in the dryer this morning with no problems.  When I ran another it wouldn't start.  When I set the timer and press the Start button it would start to make noise, as though it was going to kick in and start, but would just buzz and shut off.  I've checked the plug, breaker, and vent and it all looks fine.  I did notice that when I turn the timer it doesn't 'click' as often as it did - not sure if that has anything to do with it.  Any ideas what's wrong or what I could try?  Thanks!

Well if it growls it could be a bad motor. Does the drum turn fairly easy?Bad rollers may have overheated the motor. Yer fuse is here: (Click on picture to enlarge photo)
