It might be the lid switch has corrosion in it. Enabling it to lock but not spin because the motor board ain't getting the signal. The timer thinks everything is cool but the motor board don't know. Does that make sense? Could be a bad door switch. But it could be the motor board is bad. Door switch is cheaper than timers or motor control boards. It might just be corossion on the connector you clean that up and she might run with no parts needed. I don't recommend wd40 as is in the pic. I got those photos off the internet.
