GE Nautilus dishwasher

Yesterday I made a service call on this dishwasher. Complaint was the dishwasher would not shut off when door opened as well as dishes were still dirty on top when cycles completed.

Replaced door switch and door opening now shuts the dishwasher off. However, there was another switch just below the door switch that had been jumpered (switch was broken) and was wired to be hot whenever timer was activated. I did not see this switch on the diagram. Upper spray arm does not appear to be turning or spraying water (maybe it turns off/on with timer, cycled).

Does anyone have a wiring diagram and timing chart for this dishwasher? I am trying to determine also what that second switch is for.
